To observe the effect of exercise combined with tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5), salmeterol /teicoplanin inhalation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).

Methods: Sixty patients with COPD stable stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ were divided into control group (drug) and test group (drug + exercise) according to the random number table method. The control group was combined with tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) powder and salmeterol /(FEV1), FEV1 as the percentage of the predicted value(FEV1), FEV1 / forced lung capacity (FVC), MRC score, daily living activity (ADL) score, 6min walking distance (6MWD) and other indicators to evaluate the efficacy.

Results: Compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). After the treatment group, the FEV1 [(1.41 ± 0.25) L ratio (1.28 ± 0.23) L] FEV1 /FVC [(62.12 ± 10.78)% (55.76 ± 8.57)%], MRC score [(1.56 ± 1.16)% (2.29 ± 11.57) (34.7.7 ± 19.7) m vs (280.6 ± 17.8) m], the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), and the difference was significant (P <0.05), ADL score [(5.51 ± 0.18).

Conclusion: Combined exercise can significantly improve the efficacy of tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5), salmeterol /ticyclofen inhalation on patients with stable COPD.
