To observe the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) inhalers in the treatment of stable bronchiectasis. Methods: 66 patients with stable bronchiectasis were divided into observation group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases) according to the different treatment regimen. The patients in the observation group were treated with tiotropium bromide inhalation on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was statistically compared with the control group. Results: There were significant differences in the BOED index between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) between the two groups after treatment, and the treatment effect was significantly better in the control group. Conclusion: On the basis of conventional therapy, tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) inhaler is effective in the treatment of stable bronchial dilatation. The curative effect is reasonable, the treatment is safe and convenient, and the adverse reaction is small, which is worthy of clinical application.

To investigate the clinical efficacy of tiotropium and sulinder combined with inhalation therapy in stable moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods: 130 patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) Inhalation therapy, the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide and sulindil combined with inhalation therapy, compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group and 72.3% in the control group. The observation group was much higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01), which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Tiotropium and sulindil combined with inhalation in the treatment of stable moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients achieved good clinical results, greatly improved the patient's lung function, it is worth promoting.
