To explore the efficacy of doxofloxacin combined with tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) admitted from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected as the subjects. These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 patients. The patients in the control group were treated with Doxofylline for treatment of the patients in the observation group using doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide. And then observe and compare the two groups of patients with the effect of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of doxofylline combined with tiotropium powder in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant, it is worthy of clinical application.

Patients with bronchiectasis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional therapy.
