To observe the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) on bronchodilator with obstructive ventilatory disorder. Methods: 38 patients with bronchiectasis and obstructive ventilatory disorder were enrolled in this study. 38 patients with obstructive ventilatory disorder were treated with tiotropium bromide inhalant 18μg once / d inhalation therapy. Before treatment, 6-minute walking distance (6MWT), dyspnea score (mMRC) and St. George's breath score (SGRQ). Results: The percentage of deep inspiratory (IC%) was significantly increased after treatment with tiotropium inhalation (P <0.05). After treatment, the 6MWT distance was significantly increased (P <0.05); the mMRC score was significantly (P <0.05). The scores of SGRQ were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) can significantly improve IC%, improve exercise tolerance, improve dyspnea index, improve quality of life.

To investigate the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) combined with salmeterol /fluticasone propionate in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: A total of 93 patients with stable COPD were divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases). The two groups were treated with conventional basal therapy. Salmeterol /propofluorone propionate (50μg /500μg (50μg /500μg, 2 times /d) in the control group, and the control group was treated with salmeterol / propofenone propionate (50μg /500μg, 2 times /d) month. The changes of exercise tolerance, dyspnea score and lung function were observed before and 12, 24, and 36 weeks after treatment. Results: After 6 min walking distance (6MWD) and lung function were significantly increased (P <0.05), dyspnea score (MRC) decreased significantly (P <0.05), while the observation group improved significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Salmeterol /propofolone propionate alone can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable COPD and improve lung function. The combination of salmeterol /propafenone propionate and tiotropium in reducing the clinical symptoms of patients, improve lung function on the role of more significant, worthy of clinical application.
