Increased tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) as an additional therapy for adolescents and adults with asthma in the history of acute exacerbations. The use of tiotropium in the 1950s edition of the" soft fog inhaler" can be used as an addition to patients with a history of acute asthma therapy (Level B). This therapy is not recommended for use in children <18 years of age.

TAMA may be used as an additional therapy for adults or adolescents with a history of acute asthma (level A evidence). This therapy is not recommended for children under the age of <12 years old. The changes are updated synchronously in all relevant tables.

The main update is based on a review /meta-analysis published by CHEST in 2015 (Chest. 2015; 147 (2): 388-96.). In this review, tiotropium bromide(136310-93-5) combined with ICS can significantly improve lung function, reduce acute attack and improve asthma control status; for ICS or ICS /salmeterol control symptoms of moderate to severe asthma patients, tiotropium bromide compared with ICS /salmeterol, ICS /salmeterol can also significantly improve lung function, reduce acute attack and improve asthma control.
