Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common and frequently occurring disease in respiratory diseases. The control group was inhaled into the salmeterate tacon 1 /s, 2 times /day, after the rinse mouthwash. When the patient due to acute exacerbation of admission, given anti-infection, expectorant treatment, short-term use of systemic hormones, but after discharge should continue to inhale the original drug, treatment for 1 year.
